Our mission at BayWest Skincare sets the standards high for what real, clean beauty should be. That is why our products are cruelty-free, ethically and sustainably sourced, and made in the UK. Our mission is to give our customers a safe space to shop BayWest Skincare without making any compromises.
Our ingredients are grown and produced in ethical and sustainable ways, without the use of pesticides, and we never use artificial fragrances, sulfates, petrochemicals, phthalates or GMO's. Our packaging is 90% recyclable and we never test on animals.
About our founder
The Cayman Islands includes three spectacular paradises: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman. The main island is Grand Cayman, where the founder, Ms. Farrington of BayWest Skincare was raised, and whose family has a significant and historic history.
She took an interest in the natural cosmetic industry at the young age of 14, where she worked at a natural soap factory in the Cayman Islands.
Once graduated high school, she attended Florida College of Natural Health and obtained degrees and licenses in Aesthetics, Clinical and Medical Electrology and Laser Technology, maintaining and graduating on the Dean's list.
Her passion and knowledge for skin care grew over the years as she worked for medical spas and salons in Florida, Grand Cayman and England, but she wanted to make a significant impact in the cosmetic industry. Farrington wanted a brand of her own, something to represent her extensive skin care knowledge and her home, the Cayman Islands.
Farrington took her knowledge and experience and started formulating natural skincare. Working with high-end products throughout her career, she had substantial understanding of what luxury, natural beauty should be, and BayWest Skincare blossomed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How To Return An Item
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Due to the fact that we offer inclusive shipping rates on all items within the UK. We require you to mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Please make sure to include this!
All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You may exchange your item for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and product price difference.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders ship from Bristol, UK.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Domestic shipping is included in the sales price.
International Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
